Eaton's ES AMER MFGSC division is currently seeking a Back-up Lead (Night).
The hourly rate for this position is $23.00 hourly + $1.25 Shift Differential per hour.

What you'll do:
Position Overview:
The Dc Back-Up lead reports directly to the Supervisor and is responsible for being a partner in department planning and ultimately carrying out sustaining agreed-upon processes for daily departmental success. The back-up Lead also has an obligation to convey employees concerns and requests to Supervisor in the Department in which they reside. In this Role, the Back-Up Lead should also be prepared to work in the operation at any giving time as needed/requested.
Essential Responsibilities:
•Distribute and manage the workload for Department. Ensure that the workflow is maintained in such a fashion as to minimize downtime where an employee has no work available.
•Be a partner in the origination and execution of agreed-Upon daily plans for the Department
•Support 5S initiatives by following the practice of having everything in its place as well as helping the employees to understand the importance and value of exuding this culture.
•Be an advocate for Safety in the distribution center emulating correct lifting techniques and supporting safety initiatives. Be aware of your surroundings and make everyone's Safety your responsibility.
•Be approachable and have the ability to interact with an employee(s) citing any performance opportunities as well as success.
•Initiate a daily routine that consists of checks and processes to ensure that the department operates the same way day after day. When a goal or standard isn't being met partner with leadership to solve this daily.
•Assist the employee(s) with immediate needs around product verification, Coach employees and drive accountability to ensure the team is working towards a common goal and provide appropriate training and feedback to help to the employees in the department meet their Goals.
•Work with your Supervisor to ensure that performance opportunities are addressed.
•Listen to Employees concerns and work with your supervisor to ensure that any issues are addressed.
•Assist the supervisor in analyzing available data to evaluate individual and department performance.
•Must have full knowledge of Manhattan system, basic RF scanner functionality and understand excel data operations reports.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications for Back up lead:
