Familiarity with maintaining division disciplines (i.e. dispatch, routing, maintenance and support operations) with high priority of safety and optimization is a MUST. Oversight of operational costs, planning/developing procedures, and other administrative responsibilities including hiring/training is a MUST. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a MUST.
