We are seeking a Windows 11 Specialist with expertise in Microsoft 365 to join our IT operations team. This role will be responsible for building, deploying, and sustaining Windows 11 environments across end-user devices, including the creation and management of system images.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and configure Windows 11 desktop and laptop environments
• Create, maintain, and deploy OS images to multiple devices
• Perform end-to-end device imaging, configuration, and testing
• Support Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint
• Ensure systems are compliant with security and performance standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
• Document configurations, processes, and procedures as needed
• Collaborate with IT support and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployments

• 5 years of hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 deployment and support
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting
• Proven experience creating and deploying Windows OS images (using tools like MDT, SCCM, or Intune)
• Familiarity with remote support and endpoint management tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
