Job Summary:

1. Manage, coach, recognize performance, and direct activities for Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Crew members to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
2. Ensure exceptional guest experiences and coordinate new product introductions and procedures.
3. Maintain compliance with security, food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.
4. Control costs and meet sales/profit goals.
5. Handle payroll, inventories, security, and employee records.
6. Lead recruitment, hiring, retention, and employee relations.
7. Promote a respectful and diverse workplace.

Requirements:

• Management experience: At least 2 years, preferably in a restaurant environment, with experience as an EPL Assistant Manager or equivalent.
• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; college education desired.
• Skills: Excellent communication, basic math, computer skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Other: Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, Serve Safe Certificate or willingness to obtain it, physical ability to perform job duties.
