About the Role
The Brand Activation Lead will play a vital role in managing and developing a team of part-time Adult Beverage Brand Ambassadors. This fast-paced position involves overseeing recruitment, training, and motivation of the team to ensure excellence in execution through direct consumer engagement within the assigned market. Your responsibilities will include final interviews, hiring, training, performance management, and ensuring that all reports and deliverables align with our program's goals and metrics.
