Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our care services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Strong background in community engagement & events
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery, improve operational efficiency, and drive growth.
- Manage billing and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Lead the design and execution of respite service programs, ensuring they meet the needs of patients and their families.
- Drive change management initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff members, enhancing their skills and knowledge and promoting professional growth.
- Engage with the community, building strong relationships and promoting the facility's services.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Oversee case management processes, ensuring patients receive the care they need and coordinating with other healthcare providers as necessary.
- Provide strong leadership, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment and motivating staff to achieve their best.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree will be highly regarded.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations/program management, including experience with billing, payroll, strategy development, respite service programs, and change management.
- Bilingual English and Spanish are required.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with staff, patients, and the community.
- Experience in case management, with the ability to coordinate patient care effectively.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in using healthcare management systems and software.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services and promoting patient satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and achieve strategic objectives.
