Organizes, implements and achieves direct fund raising goals set by the President, Foundation. Must plan, manage, and execute the fundraising plan for major prospective donors at $300,000 and above for 24/7 Recognition, Campaign Gifts and Planned Giving. The incumbent will be tasked to take a team approach while personally soliciting major donations. This position requires independent judgement, communication and relationship building, analytical and organizational skills. Meets with donors on a regular basis. Meets with Senior Leadership to strategize and report progress toward goals, as assigned, on a consistent basis. Achieves major, planned and campaign giving objectives. Licensure/ Certification:N/ A - Experience:Required: Five (5) years Development experience Proven record of raising funds at the Major Gift Level. Preferred: Experience in the healthcare industry.
