The Assistant Director - Slots is responsible for assisting in the daily leadership and strategic direction of the Slot Department. This role ensures operational consistency across shifts, upholds high guest service standards, and drives slot performance through team management, data analysis, and execution of departmental goals. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Oversees slot operations and provides direction to Slot Operations and Slot Technical teams. Maintains interdepartmental communication and shift-to-shift continuity. Assists in the development and enforcement of departmental policies and operational procedures. Prepares and manages annual departmental business plans and budgets. Analyzes statistical data and makes recommendations regarding machine mix and configuration. Assists with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and performance management for the Slot team. Ensures adherence to Title 31 and Bank Secrecy Act regulations.
