Implements, modifies and supervises therapeutic program for cardiopulmonary rehabilitation patients. Assesses and re-assesses patient throughout the program to modify plan of care. Maintains appropriate clinical records and consistently documents data in the appropriate area. Job Description:Education: Required: Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, Kinesiology or other related healthcare field Preferred: Master's degree in in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science or Kinesiology Licensure/ Certification: Required: American Heart Association BLS Preferred: ACSM Certification of Exercise Physiology & Health Fitness Specialist Experience: Required: Two (2) years of experience in fitness, personal training or Masters degree in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science or Kinesiology in lieu of experience.
