Ensures all areas of the kitchen and equipment is deep cleaned and sanitized. Position works primarily in the back of house of the kitchens. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Deep cleaning grills, vents, stoves, fryers and kitchen equipment. Dusting, sweeping, and mopping various kitchen areas Cleans kitchen walls, matts and equipment Takes out trash and cleans trash cans Utilizes proper/approved cleaning materials and solutions. Responsible for operating a pressure washer in a safe manner Back loading dock cleaning carboard area Keeps areas clean at all times. Performs other job related duties as assigned.
