Key Responsibilities:

• Relationship Building: Become a trusted advisor for discerning clients, understanding their unique needs and exceeding expectations in Indio's distinct desert environment.
• Strategic Sales: Identify and close opportunities to enhance client properties, leveraging your expertise in desert landscaping solutions for commercial spaces.
• Client Success: Proactively ensure client satisfaction to foster long-term relationships within the Indio business community.
• Collaboration & Communication: Seamlessly collaborate with internal teams and keep clients informed throughout the process.
• Market Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of Indio specific commercial landscape trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to gain a strategic advantage.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of demonstrably successful experience in commercial landscape account management.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial landscaping services and desert flora.
• Desert Climate Expertise: A proven track record of success in managing landscapes within a desert climate, including knowledge of drought-resistant plants, water conservation techniques, and desert soil conditions.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Thrive in an independent yet collaborative work environment.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field preferred.
