Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident and experienced In-Person Sales Closer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator who excels in face-to-face interactions and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You will be responsible for converting warm leads and walk-ins into committed customers by delivering exceptional value, trust, and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with qualified prospects in person to present and sell our products/services.

• Deliver polished, persuasive sales presentations tailored to the customer's needs.

• Build rapport quickly and establish strong client relationships.

• Address objections, negotiate pricing, and close deals on the spot or in follow-up meetings.

• Maintain detailed records of meetings, client feedback, and outcomes.

• Work closely with the lead generation and appointment-setting team to maximize closing opportunities.

• Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales and closing targets.

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of in-person sales closing experience, preferably in a high-ticket or relationship-driven environment.

• Proven track record of consistently closing deals and exceeding quotas.

• Strong interpersonal skills — confident, charismatic, and persuasive.

• Excellent communication and active listening abilities.

• Ability to understand client needs and present tailored solutions in real time.

• High energy, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Willingness to travel locally or within a designated territory.

• Ability to work evenings and weekends, depending on client availability.

Preferred Experience (Bonus):

• Background in industries like real estate, home improvement, auto sales, finance, luxury goods, or medical services.

• Familiarity with consultative or solution-based sales techniques.

• Knowledge of CRM or lead tracking tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
