We are on the lookout for a passionate and strategic Brand Activation Specialist to elevate the Estrella brand's presence and consumer engagement. As a crucial member of our team, you will spearhead initiatives that keep Estrella at the forefront of the market by supporting an exciting national sampling program. This role involves overseeing weekly on-premise and off-premise sampling events across key accounts. Candidates should be driven, results-oriented, and excited to be part of a dynamic culture focused on groundbreaking ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive activation strategies to meet sales and brand objectives.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts and local wholesalers.
  • Advocate for brand programming among key accounts.
  • Plan and execute impactful brand activations, events, sponsorships, and promotions.
  • Manage all activities related to the Brand Ambassador team including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance reporting.
  • Guide and support the Brand Ambassador team to align with company goals.
  • Oversee local asset management, ensuring Brand Ambassadors are outfitted with necessary merchandise and materials for sampling events.
  • Analyze activation recaps, metrics, and overall event success.
  • Manage the local budget, including reporting and reconciliation.
  • Perform pre-event calls and preparations for successful sampling events.
  • Monitor event execution to ensure all key brand KPIs are achieved.
  • Accurately submit program deliverables on time, including expense reports and weekly recaps.
  • Stay informed about local nightlife, events, and alcohol beverage laws.
  • Assist in analyzing sales and market data to develop solutions for under-performing accounts.
  • Engage in in-person event management to ensure success.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a beverage company or distributor.
  • A valid driver's license is essential.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Willingness to travel to other markets for training.
  • Access to a computer with Microsoft Office and a stable internet connection.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Personal smartphone for field communication.
  • Availability for 40+ hours per week, including nights and weekends.
  • Experience in event production and team management, brand promotion, and sampling preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and a strong work ethic.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Must reside in the market for the duration of the program.
