Responsible for taking and delivering food and beverage orders. Provide quality guest service in a prompt, courteous and knowledgeable fashion. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Greets and seats guests, and takes food and beverage orders while demonstrating exceptional guest service. Demonstrates responsible alcohol service in accordance with TIPS training. Utilizes proper serving techniques. Coordinates with back-of-the-house team members to ensure guests receive timely service. Buses, cleans and sets tables when and if necessary. Keeps work station area well stocked, clean and prepared for shifts. Prepares condiments and coffee. Delivers and retrieves checks.
