The Wellness Attendant assists the Wellness staff to execute courteous service to members in the Wellness area. This position reports to the Wellness Director. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure the Blue. Star Experience for members and guests by modeling and maintaining the standards set in the Blue. Star 10 and adhering to Blue. Star Resort & Golf (BSRG) and facility policies. Operate as part of a team handling daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, facility inspections and stocking, along with communicating facility maintenance needs. Replenishes supply of clean towels in Wellness areas throughout the shift. Inspects, maintains, cleans and organizes wellness areas. Demonstrates function of all Wellness equipment, proper use and techniques. Welcome and provide a check-in for members and guests at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service and a desire to satisfy all customer inquiries and follow up.
