Provides current best practice/s for revising and or creating policies and procedures. Performs duties of Central Sterile Processing technician as necessary and works under indirect remote periodic supervision. The employee must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to carry out his/her role in the management of information. Job Description:Education: Required: High school diploma, GED or higher level degree if hired after March 1, 2025 Preferred: Bachelors degree in business or related field Licensure/ Certification: Required: Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) within one (1) year of hire Preferred: Certified Healthcare Leadership (CHL) from Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) Experience: Required: Three (3) years of sterile processing technician experience.
