Responsible for serving cocktails and beverages to players in the casino and/or hotel. Provide excellent guest service. Bus glasses and, generally, maintain cleanliness of assigned sections. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in the casino in a timely manner (based on 4-Star/4-Diamond requirements). Exhibit a friendly, helpful and courteous and professional manner in every guest interaction. Responsible alcohol service in accordance with TIPS training. Bus glasses and generally maintain assigned section. Maintain stock and cleanliness of cocktail service station. Cash transactions with guests, operating adopted register system.
