DRG is looking for a Dynamic and Experienced Leader who wants to work for a fast-growing company, with tons of opportunity for growth! A General Manager is a leader who can build and develop a team of top performers by training, providing clear direction, and recognizing contributions. Responsibilities include overseeing recruiting, training, management, P&L, and overall restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service, high-quality food, people development, food safety, cleanliness, and profitability. The GM also facilitates communication and promotes the company's culture and values.

Minimum requirements include:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts.
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
  • Current Health Card according to local requirements.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Pass Criminal Background Check including MVR.
  • Pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
  • Expected 50-hour work week.
  • Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on business needs.
