Grill Server

Classic Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of a Grill Server. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.

The position involves cashiering and serving. Positive attitude and strong work ethic are the most important qualifications.

Compensation: $16.50 - $17.50/hour DOE

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Candidate must be 21 years plus
• 1+ years of cooking experience
• Experience in managing and upholding a safe working condition
• Understanding of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
• Understands functions of Point of Sale (POS)/Phone system
• Demonstrates proper cash handling and turn in standards
• Understands and demonstrates proper side work and cleanliness standards
• Demonstrates proper service sequence with guests and understands
• Understands dining room flow mechanics
• Understands reservations procedures
• Understands how to communicate banquet information and take preliminary bookings
• Must be dependable
• Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Must be able to take direction
