Duties/Responsibilities:

Food handler's certification.

Expertise in using and maintaining all dish station equipment.

Load, run and unload dish machine.

Keep the dish machine & sinks clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately.

Monitor dish machine & sink water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle.

Wash and store all kitchenware, baskets, and crates.

Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies. Properly label, replenish and store chemicals.

Use the proper chemicals for each job while maintain safety for yourself and those around you.

Keep dish room & storage clean and organized.

Bag and haul dish room trash to dumpster at designed times.

Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and embody an environment of teamwork.

Handle varying levels of business volume with composure & a positive attitude.

Perform all opening and closing duties assigned by managers.

• Manage direct reports.

• Organize and review weekly progress.

• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changes.

• Driven and self-motivated.

• Maintain customer privacy, behave with open-mindedness and cultural sensitivity.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
