Job Details

DEFINITION - The Management Analyst supports the Director of Recreation and Community Services in the planning, coordination, and administration of department-wide initiatives, including community events, recreational programming, facility operations, and rentals. This position performs complex analytical, administrative, and project management duties with an emphasis on improving efficiency and enhancing community services. REPORTS TO: The Director of Recreation and Community Services, City Manager, or designee. Examples of Duties ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned. Assist the Director in managing operations across multiple facilities including the Recreation Center, Senior Center, Health & Wellness Center, and Aquatic Center.
