The Events Manager will manage every aspect of their assigned events from the advance planning stages through the end of the event; hire, train, schedule and supervise all event staff; oversee building security and interact with local public safety officials to ensure events run smoothly; coordinate communication between event staff/security and delegate assignments; be responsible for and ensure overall customer and lessee satisfaction and experience. The Events Manager reports directly to the venue Assistant General Manager and is responsible for the planning and execution of Acrisure Arena events including hockey games, concerts, and special events. The Events Manager is a critical role in ensuring Acrisure Arena is seen a must visit destination by entertainers and athletes alike. This role pays an annual salary of $70,000-$80,000 and is bonus eligible.
