Overview: The Sous Chef is the second in command in the kitchen; responsible for assisting the Executive Sous Chef and Culinary Director in all aspects of food preparation and cooking. A key role in maintaining the kitchens high standards, overseeing kitchen staff, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of food to guests. Pay Range: $69,000 - $72,000 / annually Essential Duties: Oversees and manages food preparation for a specific area of the kitchen (i.e. restaurant line, banquets, shifts).
