Ensures all dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment is cleaned, sanitized, and well stocked. Position works primarily in the back of house of the kitchens. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Provides timely service, coordinating work with back-of-the-house team members and other co-workers. Washes dishes, pots, and pans. Deep cleans kitchen equipment. Sweeps/mops floors, and takes out trash. Keeps areas clean at all times. Buses, cleans and sets tables when and if necessary. Utilizes proper/approved cleaning materials and solutions. Performs other job related duties as assigned.
