Performs a wide variety of functions including chart analysis, scanning/indexing, release of information, medical record reviews/audits, Epic My. Chart, Epic work queue management, investigating/troubleshooting issues related to HIM workflows, and birth registry support. This position may also specialize in documentation related to patient financial services workflows. Job Description:Education:Required: High school diploma, GED or higher level degree.
