This position is responsible for the preparation of soups, sandwiches, entrees of a medium complexity. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner. Cuts and dices meats and vegetables. Reads food order tickets in English. Prepares entrees, cook sauces and deep fry foods. Follows recipes, portion controls and presentation specifications as set by the F&B Department. Restocks all items as needed throughout shift. Assists with the cleaning, sanitation and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers and all storage areas. Performs other job related duties as assigned. Qualifications Skill in professional cooking, knife handling skills, and preparing a variety of foods. Knowledge of maintenance and care of culinary facilities, equipment, supplies and materials.
