Job Type Full-timeDescriptionJOB SUMMARYProvide AMAZING customer experience to all internal and external customers of the bank while efficiently processing assign duties and other requests made to Central Operations. Exercise appropriate review and oversight of all transactions to mitigate risk to our bank clients and to the bank itself and to remain in compliance with all regulatory guidance.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDay-to-day assigned tasks of central operations are completed, and quality customer service is provided.Handle routine operational issues.Maintain current knowledge of all federal and state laws and regulations, along with the Bank's policies and procedures. Adherence to the reporting and recordkeeping requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti- Money Laundering laws, OFAC, and CIP rules and regulations.Adherence to all policies and procedures as they relate to all other regulatory compliance laws and regulations.Deposit operations activity - Exception Item Processing, Unposted Item Repair, Returned Deposited Items, etc., and ensures that these activities are processed within given deadlines and in compliance.Cashier's Check ReconCheck adjustments.Responds to and resolves customer (internal and external) questions/concerns regarding deposit related products, services, and operations.Daily, monthly, and quarterly balancing and reconciliation which included but not limited to Dormant, IOLTA's, Back-up Withholding, etc.Ensure time sensitive items, daily GL review and logs associated with the processing functions are completed and follow-up items are handled timely.Legal Process are handled in timely manner and according to regulation and the banks policies and procedures.Handle routine operational issues independently when possible, however recognizing when management support is required.Ensure management is aware of all current and potential issues.Reliable and regular attendance on the job.Other duties as assigned.
