Division/Program: Morongo Basin Crisis Walk in Center

Starting Compensation: 75,000 USD per year

Working Location: Yucca Valley, CA

Working Hours/Shift: M/T/TH/F 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What You Bring To SBHG (Qualifications):

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related mental health field is required.
• Must be registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) or Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW).
• BLS CPR/First Aid certification from an American Red Cross-approved agency or equivalent is required.
• Must possess a valid CA driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets the company driver eligibility policy.

Employment Is Contingent On:

• Successfully completing a pre-employment health screening and TB clearance.
• Receiving clear or approved Live Scan results and criminal background clearance.

How You Will Make A Difference (Job Overview):

In this role, you will be responsible for a client's entire treatment journey, from initial assessment through to discharge. Key duties include creating and managing treatment plans, conducting family collateral, and handling all aspects of discharge planning.

Division/Program Overview:

The Crisis Walk-In Center is a 24/7 voluntary facility that provides immediate crisis intervention and stabilization in an unlocked setting. Individuals can stay for up to 23 hours, receiving crucial support and services. The center's goal is to ensure a safe transition to the next level of care or back to the community.
