Event Specialist

Job Summary:

PrideStaff is recruiting and hiring energetic and enthusiastic temporary Event Staff for the 2025 National Association of Neonatal Nurses Annual Conference at the Palm Springs Convention Center, September 8-11. This is an amazing temporary assignment that offers an opportunity to participate in this exciting cause. Successful candidates must have excellent communication skills, be reliable, and provide world-class customer service. If you meet the qualifications below.

Job Duties:

• Greet attendees and assist with badge printing on tablets (no manual data entry required).
• Reference a provided FAQ sheet (will receive onsite training on using equipment and answering basic questions)
• Will assist with stuffing tote bags prior to registration opening

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• A background check is required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working in large crowds and lively environments
• Positive attitude
• Nursing or medical industry familiarity and knowledge is a huge plus!
• Commitment and dependability to work all shifts and overtime

Schedule:

• Monday, Sept 8: 12:00pm - 6:00pm
• Tuesday, Sept 9: 6:30am - 6:30pm
• Wednesday, Sept 10: 7:00am - 5:00pm; or 7:00am - 4:00pm
• Thursday, Sept 11: 7:00am - 4:00pm; or 7:00am - 12:00pm

Pay Rate: $23.00 Per Hour
