Description
Under direction from the Realty Administrator, to plan, organize, direct, and review the activities of the Lands, Titles, and Records functions of the Morongo 638 Multi Programs Contracts. Incumbent in this position is responsible to record, provide custody, and maintain records that affect titles to Indian Land, to examine titles, and to provide Title Status Reports.
Requirements
•Equivalent to a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in public administration, business administration, economics, real estate, engineering, or a closely related field.
•Three years of progressively responsible, technical experience in the area of Lands, Title, and Records or Reality functions. Additional experience may be substituted for the educational requirements on a year-for-year basis.
•Valid California driver license required and insurable on company vehicle policy.
