Superlanet is hiring a full-time Epic Principal Trainer/Instructional Designer to support a leading Medical Center onsite in the Coachella Valley area of California. We're looking for an Epic-certified or credentialed professional with experience training in the ClinDoc, Stork, or Optime environments with clinical staff and nurses.

This position offers room to grow, with opportunities to learn additional Epic applications and receive hands-on support from leadership to develop application build and optimization skills. You'll play a key role in training end users and contributing to a collaborative, mission-driven team focused on advancing clinical technology.

Responsibilities:

• Lead or support Epic training efforts across clinical staff and end users
• Develop, maintain, and deliver Epic training curriculum (instructor-led and e-learning)
• Collaborate with application teams to support build, testing, and optimization
• Participate in go-live support, user adoption, and post-implementation enhancements
• Provide ongoing application support and training updates as workflows evolve
• Partner with IT, clinical leadership, and operations to ensure end-user success.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as an Epic Principal Trainer or Credential Trainer with at least one Epic credential
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Collaborative and adaptable, ready to take ownership of end-user success
• Required: Relevant Epic certification(s) required for those positions supporting an Epic application; must complete relevant additional Epic certification(s) within 12 months of hire or 12 months from transferring into the position
• Preferred: At least one Epic Credential and/or Certification in one of the following modules: Optime, ClinDoc and/or Stork

Salary range is based on years of relevant experience: $80,000-$122,000
