ABA-Customer Service Representative for Legal Conference
Dates of Assignment: 9/10, 09/11, and 09/12
Address of Assignment: Omni Las Palmas, 41000 Bob Hope Drive, Rancho Mirage, California 92270
Duties: act as the registration desk/reception help meeting concierge. Assemble registration packets. As well as open up the registration desk, greet attendees, answer questions, and distribute materials (no badge creation). A script will be prepared to help with conference related questions. Some of the attendees have been to the city before, but there may be some questions regarding the area. That said, most questions will relate to conference event locations which are identified in the script mentioned above. All will be covered on first day with temp staff. Temporyary staff will also help with collection of CLE sign-in sheets in the various meeting rooms. Must understand alphabetization. Seasoned conference experience and customer service is preferred.

09/12: 6:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
