Under administrative leadership, it is the responsibility of the part-time instructor to conduct assigned classes and support advancement of the values represented by the Vision Statement and Mission Statement of the District. This instructor supports our college's Dual Enrollment efforts with Morongo Unified School District for the 2024-2025 Academic School Year. We are currently looking for a candidate who can teach our Introductory General Chemistry (CH-003) course for students at Twentynine Palms and Yucca Valley High Schools. Standards are established in accordance with the Minimum Qualifications for Faculty and Administrators in California Community Colleges as adopted by the California Community Colleges Board of Governors for the discipline. Minimum Qualifications: Masters in chemistry OR Bachelors in chemistry or biochemistry AND Masters in biochemistry, chemical engineering, chemical physics, physics, molecular biology or geochemistry OR the equivalent.
