Overview
The Account Supervisor is a strategic leader responsible for project execution and client relationships within advocacy portfolios. This role collaborates with creative, project management, finance, and client teams to ensure initiatives meet goals and maintain operational excellence. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic input with hands-on leadership to deliver high-quality results on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead project execution from start to finish, ensuring scope and quality standards are met.
  2. Guide internal teams and clients for efficient workflows and strategic alignment.
  3. Act as the primary contact for daily project management, reviews, and approvals.
  4. Lead planning sessions and adjust tactics as needed.
  5. Build relationships across departments to streamline processes.
  6. Manage real-time tactical shifts responding to client needs.

Client Relationship Management

  1. Own client relationships, communicating frequently to build trust.
  2. Lead calls and presentations, conveying project status and next steps.
  3. Understand client needs and provide strategic counsel.
  4. Handle sensitive conversations diplomatically.

Strategy

  1. Provide daily business leadership with strategic insight.
  2. Contribute to account strategy development.
  3. Keep the team informed of client priorities and market changes.
  4. Maintain deep knowledge of client positioning and advocacy landscape.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelors degree; 4-6+ years in account services, preferably in healthcare or pharma.
  2. Strong business acumen and decision-making skills.
  3. Experience mentoring junior staff.
  4. Excellent communication skills with influence and tact.
  5. Organizational skills with a results-driven approach.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
