The Director of Digital Product Management for Center & Employee Operations will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of digital solutions that support key center & employee-based activities across our Mobile App, Financial Management & HCM Management within our ERP platform and Workforce Planning across our centers.

You will collaborate with Operations, HR, Finance, Strategy, IT, and other business stakeholders to drive innovation and maximize the user experience and efficiencies across these key functions. You will oversee a team of Product Managers to define the product vision to ensure were supporting company-wide initiatives with a digital-first mindset, while delivering measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the Center & Employee Operations product strategy and roadmap aligned with enterprise objectives including product support for our Mobile App, Workday & Legion
  • Provide an innovative growth mindset with your partners & peers through research, leading with opportunities that deliver value across the organization
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers while delivering clear product standards for our agile teams & business partners
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for leaders across the organization for your value stream and products to enable a continuous feedback loop throughout the product life cycle
  • Create a value driven mindset within your team, utilizing data driven decisions to inform prioritization
  • Partner with key business leaders and executive stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions
  • Define KPIs and measure the success of your products & initiatives against user adoption, process efficiency, and business outcomes
  • Ensure product delivery is timely, high quality, and aligned with compliance, budget, and scope
  • Manage external relationships with key vendors and implementation partners
  • Influence executive decision-making by presenting key product strategies, business cases, and performance outcomes
  • Partner closely with IT & external vendors to identify use cases where automation & AI can be applied to deliver organizational transformation
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in digital product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Experience leading platforms that are consumer facing, driving strong digital experiences that lead to material business results
  • Experience leading ERP and Workforce planning product strategy, configuration, releases, and adoption in a large-scale enterprise
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including at the C-suite level
  • Deep understanding of digital technologies, employee experience design, and agile practices
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data-informed decision-making
  • Bachelors degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
