What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the growth roadmap, focusing on improving activation, engagement, and monetization metrics across web and app platforms
- Drive experimentation by rapidly ideating, building, and running A/B tests to enhance conversion rates, retention, and revenue
- Champion customer value by balancing growth goals with user-centric product development
- Scale successful initiatives by identifying high-potential opportunities across the customer journey
- Regularly report on growth KPIs, test outcomes, and roadmap progress to stakeholders and company leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of growth product management experience, particularly in mobile and/or subscription-based businesses
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to leverage data to influence product roadmaps and execution
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results through A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Experience in empowering and motivating cross-functional teams to create high-quality user experiences
- Strong oral and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with user behavior-oriented or habit-forming apps
- Familiarity with direct user testing, A/B and multivariate testing, and data analysis
- Ability to thrive in a startup or high-ambiguity environment
