What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Lead EHR optimization efforts for assigned projects, conducting assessments of current EHR usage and identifying optimization opportunities
2. Provide EHR expertise by developing educational materials and identifying best practices for practices to utilize their EHR systems effectively
3. Facilitate data exchange by ensuring accurate data capture and assisting with the development of interfaces related to Aledades efforts
4. Independently manage multiple projects, effectively communicating progress to stakeholders and presenting to practice leadership
5. Deliver training content on complex material to client stakeholders to support patient-centric, value-based workflows

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. 4-6 years of experience as a client-facing project lead in the healthcare industry
2. Previous implementation or optimization experience with top-tier ambulatory EHRs and practice management software
3. A Bachelors degree is required, or significant relevant work experience may be accepted
4. Strong organizational skills, project management abilities, and effective written and verbal communication
5. Self-motivated with the ability to learn new EHR platforms and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Experience working with Epic Ambulatory, NextGen, Athena, Greenway, or eClinicalWorks products
2. Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with team members and stakeholders
3. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
