What You Will Be Doing

• Utilizing AI to craft immersive simulations that bring historical events and geographical wonders to life for students.
• Examining learning data to identify trends and create personalized learning paths that captivate and engage each student.
• Creating digital tools that animate historical characters and global scenes, offering virtual time travel and rich cultural experiences.
• Working alongside a diverse team of educators and tech experts to develop groundbreaking methods for teaching social studies.
• Simplifying complex historical and geographical ideas into captivating, AI-enhanced content that resonates with learners.

Digital Learning Specialist Key Responsibilities

Lead efforts to significantly enhance students' understanding of social studies, with AI-driven strategies to accelerate learning.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelors degree or higher in History, Geography, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in teaching or curriculum development in social studies, with proven success in boosting student performance.
• Strong skills in data analysis and deriving meaningful insights.
• Familiarity with AI tools in education, including content development, adaptive learning, or data analytics.
• Excellent communication skills for transforming complex social studies subjects into compelling stories.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
