Role Overview

Token Metrics seeks a visionary leader to drive its marketing and communications strategy in Web3. The role demands a strategic marketer with a passion for blockchain who will lead efforts to boost brand presence, engage the crypto community, and clearly communicate Token Metrics decentralization vision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and user growth.
• Lead marketing campaigns for product launches using data-driven growth hacking methods.
• Manage PR, media relations, and corporate communications to position Token Metrics as an industry thought leader.
• Build and maintain a distinctive brand identity that resonates in the crypto ecosystem.
• Cultivate and grow engaged online crypto communities to foster loyalty and advocacy.
• Oversee content strategy and creation, focusing on platforms like YouTube and Twitter/X.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and sales to support business goals.
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team focused on innovation and accountability.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in crypto/blockchain marketing with proven results in brand and user growth.
• 7+ years of marketing experience, including 4+ years in leadership roles within crypto, fintech, or related tech sectors.
• Proven success in growth hacking and product marketing for crypto or SaaS products.
• Strong skills in corporate communications and PR.
• Experience in building and engaging crypto communities.
• Expertise in content strategy, especially video and social media narratives.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degrees or blockchain certifications are preferred.
