We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Multi-Property Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support multiple hotel properties. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and can manage multiple marketing projects with precision.
Work Location & Hours
This position is on-site at The Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa, MondayFriday from 7:30 am to 4 pm. Occasional nights and weekends may be required for events.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead social media strategy from planning to execution, including content calendars, copywriting, storytelling, performance reporting, and KPI analysis.
- Manage Sprout Social scheduling, monitoring, and engagement across platforms.
- Build and maintain hotels asset library (UGC, photography, video, reels, and written event/lifestyle content).
- Assist in creating promotional and marketing materials (e-blasts, social media, in-house collateral, etc.).
- Maintain branded voice and tone across all channels.
- Support with reputation management and guest review responses.
- Assist with website updates for hotel brand and third-party sites.
- Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure information is up to date.
- Support event strategy from research and planning to execution and reporting.
- Provide on-site support for promotions and events.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant digital/social media marketing experience, preferably in hospitality or travel.
- Proven skills in photography, copywriting, content development, and basic graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) required, as well as Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Dropbox, Canva, Constant Contact, Sprout Social, and KPI reporting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to proactively update team members and escalate challenges promptly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables independently with strong attention to detail and time management.
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience supporting or coordinating marketing events and promotions preferred.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and prepare performance reports to inform strategy.
