Independently provides analytical and project management support to the Ambulatory division that advance Eisenhower's mission to serve the changing healthcare needs of our region. Projects include key strategic initiatives tied to expansion of services influencing finances, operational workflows, patient satisfaction and compliance. Executing analyses, creating dashboards, and organizing data to guide decision making and support implementation. Job Description:Education: Required: Bachelor's degree in related field Preferred: Master's degree in public health, healthcare management or a related field Licensure/ Certification: Preferred: Epic certification or accreditation within one year of hire into the position (Resolute HB/ PB, Reporting Workbench, Clarity Data Model); Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Experience: Required: Three (3) years of experience in data analytics or project management in healthcare Preferred: Experience with Epic.
