Responsible for developing, coordinating, implementing and overseeing the revenue integrity program. Ensures the effectiveness of the overall programs by collaborating with revenue analysts assigned to various strategic health system areas. This position manages the annual CDM pricing review in alignment with finance and reimbursement policies and guidelines. Oversees the management and optimizing of the health systems various Charge Description Master (CDM) to ensure it is accurate and compliant with coding rules and billing regulations. Leads the department's efforts in reviewing and researching charge-related data to maintain compliance and accuracy within the system's CDM. Ensures that CDM maintenance requests are processed and completed efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner.
