Duties and Responsibilities: - A warm personality, attentive, and presentable. - Committed to delivering high levels of customer service. - Responds courteously and efficiently to queries and problems from guests, and all staff. - Takes food and beverages orders, using POS System(s) to ring items in - Ensures opening, ongoing and closing side work is complete and signed off by a manager on duty - Responsible for brewing coffee and tea prior to shift and dumping out extra after shift. Able to make espresso-based drinks - Ensures supplies/product are properly stocked before, during and after shift - Always maintains a professional demeanor and attitude - Preparing and rolling enough silverware for your shift and the next shift - Sweeping, Vacuuming, and keeping dining room clean before, during and after your shift - Maintains constant awareness of safety issues, (i.e., broken glass, leaks, broken chairs, wet floors, and suspicious persons) reporting all safety incidents to MOD - Maintain...Restaurant, Server, Hotel, Skills, Beverage
