As our HR Generalist, you'll work closely with leadership and staff to support recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and day-to-day operations. What You'll Do:

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding

Ensure CA labor law compliance and maintain HR documentation

Support payroll, timekeeping, and benefits administration

Handle employee relations, employee events and build trust across a diverse team

Communicate HR policy and procedures to a bilingual workforce in English and Spanish

What We're Looking For:

3-5 years of HR generalist experience (preferably in small family-owned business)

Strong knowledge of California employment law

Bilingual: English & Spanish (required)

HRIS/payroll system experience
