Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and being the first friendly face clients encounter? We're proactively building our candidate pipeline for a Customer Service Associate role. What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist customers in-person, by phone, and via email
• Help troubleshoot customer concerns and resolve billing questions
• Update homeowner and association information in our system
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues
• Support general office tasks including scanning, printing, and faxing
• Provide technical assistance and product support when needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and alert manager to supply needs

What You Bring:

• A service-first mindset and friendly, professional communication style
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Comfort navigating internal systems and general office equipment
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience preferred

Work Environment:

• In-person, office-based role with frequent interaction
• Regular business hours, Monday through Friday

Pay Transparency (CA):
The hourly pay for this position is $19.00.
