Location: Remote with travel to Los Angeles CA - but with a strong preference for candidates in the Los Angeles area.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Portfolio Manager to lead and oversee service lines within the ERP space. This high-impact role is responsible for managing internal demand, driving cross-functional collaboration, and aligning technology efforts with business goals. The Portfolio Manager will play a key role in developing internal tools, managing resource allocation, and guiding the transition to more agile delivery models.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple ERP service lines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
  • Manage demand intake and prioritization across ERP initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align project goals and outcomes with business objectives.
  • Build, refine, and manage internal tools and frameworks to support efficient portfolio management.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including potential Scrum Master responsibilities as the team shifts toward Agile.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
  • Support the maturation of PMO practices, contributing to continuous improvement and organizational change management.


Required Qualifications:

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP, specifically Oracle Fusion, with functional knowledge in Finance, Supply Chain, and HCM modules.
  • Project Leadership: Proven experience leading end-to-end ERP implementations or major enhancement projects.
  • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the operational and strategic needs of internal business service lines.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across technical and executive teams.
  • UKG Experience: Solid working knowledge of UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) systems.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with both Oracle Cloud and Oracle on-premise ERP solutions.
  • Background in building or scaling a PMO or ERP delivery team.
  • Exposure to team dynamics requiring change management and leadership finesse.


Technologies & Tools:

  • ERP Systems: Oracle Fusion, UKG (required)
  • Project Management Tools: Smartsheet, ServiceNow
  • Methodologies: Agile, Scrum (experience with Jira is a plus)
