The Director of Engineering provides executive leadership and strategic direction for the development, operation, and maintenance of Morongo Casino Resort & Spa's facilities, buildings, and grounds. This role sets long-term Facilities and Engineering goals, ensures operational excellence, and upholds the highest standards of safety, compliance, and guest experience. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic plans for the growth, efficiency, and reliability of all facilities operations across the resort and casino. Formulate and implement short- and long-term facilities and engineering goals aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and business objectives. Inspect facilities regularly to ensure compliance with codes, safety regulations, and internal quality standards.
