Oversee smooth operation of theatre events including pre-show, during show, and post-show. Provide excellent guest service and handle any issues, complaints, or concerns that arise. Recruit, train, supervise, develop, and assist all volunteers and front-of-house staff. Ensure all policies and procedures, including safety and security, are adhered to. Conduct walk of all front-of-house and back-of-house areas in the theatre to ensure readiness to open to the public, including presentation, cleanliness, signage in place, removal of any safety hazards, etc. Coordinate with the Box Office manager on any specific seating or ADA accessibility needs.
