As a. Seasonal Lifeguard, above all, your focus is maintaining safety while guest enjoy themselves within the pool area. In addition, your duties include:Provide outstanding safety by observing owners/guests in the pool and perform designated rescue practices as needed ensuring safety according to local, state and federal health and safety regulations. Assists and supports during emergency care and treatment in the event of an emergency until the arrival of first responders and/or emergency medical services. Notifies appropriate authorities and prepares written reports on all accidents, incidents, hazardous conditions and suspicious persons or activities. Records documentation to maintain a clean and safe facility. Lifeguards maintain communication and relationships with other staff, members or owners/guests while carrying out our established rules in a fair and conscientious manner.
