$150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Role – Legal Malpractice Attorney

• Manage all phases of legal malpractice litigation, including case strategy, drafting pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Advise insurers on defense strategies, assess liability exposure, and provide guidance on malpractice claims.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings, ensuring adherence to legal standards.
• Conduct investigations and partner with clients to develop tailored defense strategies for complex malpractice concerns.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in California
• 5+ years practicing Legal Malpractice, Professional Liability, or Insurance Defense Litigation
